ZD Datagrabber TSN

The Datagrabber TSN is a high-precision Automotive Ethernet TAP device specifically designed for latency-sensitive applications such as AVB (Audio Video Bridging), TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking), and PTP (Precision Time Protocol) analysis in automotive environments. It enables accurate and real-time observation of Ethernet traffic without disrupting the integrity of the in-vehicle network.

Features

Non-intrusive TAP Design
Supports up to 4 point-to-point 1000Base-T1/100Base-T1 connections (8 ports total), capturing both directions of traffic without introducing additional latency or packet loss.
High-Resolution Timestamping
Equipped with a hardware-based timestamp engine delivering 100 ns resolution, allowing for precise synchronization and latency analysis in TSN/AVB environments.
Deterministic Latency
The device ensures fixed and minimal forwarding delay, making it ideal for analyzing time-critical communication such as PTP or other real-time Ethernet protocols.
Smooth Data Forwarding
Integrated traffic shaping mechanisms buffer and optimize traffic output to the logging interface, ensuring continuous and reliable data capture without packet drops.
Logger and PC Integration
Seamlessly transmits captured data to external data loggers or test PCs via standard Ethernet interfaces for further analysis, storage, or processing.
