Why did you choose this job?
I decided to take on the role of Managing Director because of my many years of experience as a site manager and represe entative of the executive board. When the previous Managing Direc-tor vacated his position, I saw it as a logical next step.
What do you like most about your job?
I value the diversity of tasks in my job and the daily challenges that I face.
What are the biggest challenges in your job?
The biggest challenge for me is to further develop the company in the coming years according to the pecifications of the shareholders and to make it a well-known entity in the automotive industry.
What was your most beautiful experience at ZD?
One of my most beautiful experiences at ZD was the opening ceremony of our own company building.
What has been your greatest success at ZD so far?
My greatest success at ZD has been winning new contracts and successfully implementing these projects.
