Unlike the traditional test benches for rest-bus Simulation and hardware-in-the-loop test, ZD has specifically developed the Production Line for series production, which meets the technical requirements and specifications of OEMs.

MIB-G1

The MIB-G1, the 1st Generation of the Production Line, works as a navigation filling system. After power on, it simulates the navigation start in the vehicle stably to fill and update the map data in the Main Unit. It is a classic application in production, especially when the country of manufacture and sale of vehicles are different.

Safe Application

MIB-G1 has a durable and reliable mechanical design, suitable for frequent operation and load in production. With the LED display, users can check the different operating status of the test bench. Also, an external uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is included in the delivery, which ensure smooth operation of the test bench even in the event of a power failure.

The modular design of the MIB-G1 allows easy replacement of key components on the outside of the machine for easier production maintenance and quick troubleshooting. Besides, we have integrated anti-static and spear functions into the system. In this way, on the one hand, data loss during data transmission can be avoided and, on the other hand, misuse during the filling process can be prevented, which guarantees a safe and efficient production process.
