Our company participated in a job coaching event organized by the Kolping Academy in Ingolstadt, Germany.

This event was specifically designed for the Ukrainian community to facilitate their integration into the local workforce by providing essential employment support.

Event Participation

During this engaging event, which took place on April. 17, our team was instrumental in conducting several interactive workshops focused on equipping participants with the necessary job search skills. These workshops covered important topics such as creating professional resumes and effectively preparing other application materials appropriate for the German job market.

Our HR Apartment colleagues met with numerous job seekers, discussed career opportunities within our company, and explored potential matches based on the company's current needs and the skills of the participants. This not only helped us identify new talent, but also strengthened our ties to the community and helped us understand the diverse backgrounds that job seekers bring to the table.
